Amazing loose tea!
I received my order of Black Teas, and was quite taken aback by the History of Teas from the Regions, and their connections , that goes back for centuries ...I sat down with a cup of Tea and read every envelope twice , I was astounded! I could feel the heart felt connection! ! I love the History of the TEAS! I love the Land and the People I don't know who toil and harvest the Teas to bring to our tables! Thank you.. Sue Stowers
I have been taking little bites out of this new line of fruity teas and this one seems like one I’d loved to experiment baking with! Besides my thoughts on baking (maybe I am just hungry tonight :-) This tea is mild with a herbal that packs a bunch! It’s good for relaxation, digestion and bloating. To me the tea tastes herbal, medicinal with that slight taste of star anise and the warming sensation of ginger and black pepper.
Comforting, Warm and Well-balanced
This is a very flavorful and comforting tea. I was pleasantly surprised, since I normally drink pure teas rather than blends. I cannot speak to the health benefits, but I can say that the flavor and aroma of this tea are quite nice. The mild green tea base is well balanced with the spices and adds a body that herbals often lack. The fennel/anise note is most prominent, but I also get a hint of mint and black pepper. Everything works together nicely for a warm and comforting cup that lasts several infusions.
My answer to Comfort tea
I was really excited to order and try this tea. Very little green tea flavor but wonderful herbal flavor. I am fond o the fennel added.
