Our teas can be bought on our website www.teakruthi.com. We source directly from tea gardens in Sri Lanka and deliver to most countries worldwide.

We unfortunately do not sell through any retails stores since we can't control the freshness of stocks. As we continue to grow we may explore this option later on.

We strive to deliver within a week to most countries, however at times we may experience some delays and therefore guarantee delivery within 10 days Standard delivery.

For express delivery options we guarantee delivery within 5 business days. We will be glad to refund all delivery charges we be unable to deliver within this timeframe.

As true tea lovers we pride ourself on the deliciousness of our unadulterated, all natural teas. And, while we realize a caffeinated beverage is not for everyone we are yet to find a tea leaf that comes without any caffeine. We have experimented with decaffeination processes that use natural ethyl acetate, but have found that leaves the tea leaves tasting a little flat. So till we can find a better solution that preserves the natural goodness of our teas, we have decided to not sell any decaffeinated teas at teakruthi.

We apologize to all the folks who may be sensitive or have allergies to caffeine, and hope that we may be able to serve you a cuppa teakruthi soon. In the meantime you may consider trying this to decaffeinate your tea.

If you haven't noticed, we are tea snobs. We believe tea is best enjoyed in its natural state with the leafy teas allowed to breathe in a steep and not constrained in a bag. That's the best way to bring out the flavors of your tea and how we enjoy ours. Therefore you deserve nothing less.

Most tea bags on the market, even 'premium' pyramid bags, generally contain tea leaves blended with lower grade 'tea dust'. Therefore if you're looking for a quality cuppa, you're better off brewing loose leaf.

We stand by our teas and are confident you'll love it. If however, teakruthi isn't "your cuppa tea" we'll issue you a full refund with no questions asked. Please contact us at help@teakruthi.com within 14 days of recieving your teas to claim a refund.
