  1. 1 teaspoon tea (green or black pure tea leaves)
  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1 cup of water

Instructins:

  • Step 1: Boil a cup of water and put off the flame as soon as it gets boiled
  • Step 2: Add a ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of tea leaves, depending upon whether you want a strong or a lighter version of tea

  • Step 3: Remove from heat; steep, covered, until the liquid cools to room temperature
  • Step 4: Strain and reheat to serve
  • Step 5: The brews can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week

  • Step 1: Place lemon, tea leaves and chrysanthemums flowers in a pan
  • Step 2: Add boiling water to it and cover with a lid to let steep for 5 minutes
  • Step 3: Add honey and then stir

  • Step 5: Serve cold

  • Step 4: Stir in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and if needed honey or sugar
  • Step 5: Remove from pan and pour into cups. Cool and serve with ice for an ice tea.

Ingredients:

  1. 1⁄3 cup Blueberries or any locally available berries
  2. 2 - 3 teaspoons of tea (green or black pure tea leaves)
  3. 2 cups Water
  4. ¼ cup Sugar or honey to taste
  5. Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Sliced lemon and mint to garnish

Instructins:

  • Step 1: Add sugar, lemon juice and blueberries in a pan. Cook the berries on low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the blueberries are mushy
  • Step 2: Add the water to the above mixture and bring it to boil. Once the water comes to a boil, add the tea bags and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat
  • Step 3: Strain the entire mixture through a fine-mesh Using the back of a spoon squeeze out the juices from the berries and the tea. Once all the juices have been extracted, pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate the tea for about an hour or more
  • Step 4: Pour into the glass and add ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and sliced lemon

  • Step 2: Turn off the heat and add green tea to it. Let it infuse for 2 minutes
