What is Oolong Tea?
Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea made from the leaves, the buds and stems of the Camellia Sinensis plant. It is primarily processed and grown in China and Taiwan. It is neither a green tea or a black tea, rather something in between because it’s partially fermented and partially oxidized, giving it characteristics of both forms of tea.
